PS3 Save Data Utility PAYLOAD.FILE
 

I'm trying to decode a PAYLOAD.file from a game save, so I can edit it, only when I open it with Hex Editor or Notepad++ it is just a bunch of random letters, symbols and numbers.

So what could I do so I can understand it.

The save is from Transformers War for Cybertron, The custom characters, I want to edit it and then put it on my PS3.

If it is of any use, I can make the PAYLOAD.file available for download.

Also, in the same folder, there are: PARAM.PFD PARAM.SFO and PARAM.SFO.bak, so is it possible to put the modified PAYLOAD on my ps3?

Also, the files are not from my PS3, and my PS3 isnt jailbroken, nor can I jailbreak it.
