Need help with my PS3 hack

guys i followed this "nood guide" http://www.ps3hax.net/2011/08/noob-t...-55-kmeaw-cfw/ .
I'm at the step 1 , i followed instructions, and i discovered using this list here : http://ps3devwiki.com/index.php?title=SKU_Models , that my phat console is NAND,
CECHG 0x05 SEM-001 2x 128MB NAND 40GB No Yes No No Yes 65nm 90nm 160/280 2 No 10/2007 1.94 1.90 or 2.30 , but i scrolled down teh list an i saw th date code, that is 7D, so it si downgredable.
what can i do ?
P.S. on my ps3 i have a 3.72 OFW

i know  , but my FW is 3.72 , not 3.75
i can downgrade my ps3 only using the progskee? i saw in the pictures that is hard to do, while with the e3flasher is easier, isn't it?

You can't use a e3 with a nand, only nor

@BlackHole47 thats cool man, but saxile is right you cant use the e3 maybe if you have a mate who,s good with electronics, they could help you install the progskeet. otherwise there is no other method
