Jailbroken PS3 shows 3.70?
I recently bought a jailbroken PS3 & it was on 3.55 when I got it(It was 3.55 yesterday), but all of a sudden it shows "System Software Version 3.70", its still jailbroken and works fine, but I downloaded vhs patcher pkg to use with reactpsn, but I dont know if its compatible as I cant see what the real firmware is on my PS3. Is it a spoof or something and if it is can I get rid of it to see my real CFW? If it helps, my PS3 says Rogero when I boot it up.

Yes its spoofed.

Yeah it spoofed it doesn't affect anything it just prevents updates which is good cause you dont want to update

You are running an outdated rogero CFW I advise you obtain the latest version and update to it through the recovery menu. the 3.70 spoof was a feature of one of the older versions and the latest version has a spoof to the 4.21 firmware in it. It's also had a few improvements made to it. Update to the latest rogero CFW ASAP.

Thats the only thing that I can think of thats stopping me from using black ops mods(I deleted and reinstalled everything to do with black ops), so how do I stop the spoof or delete it? Im on KMEAW 3.55

Just download the latest MFW from rogero or any other MFW you want and install it. |
