Anyone that can place FMCB on a ps2 memcard?
Hi everyone :)
I was wondering if anyone could perform a FMCB install on a memcard? Preferably in The Nordic area or in Denmark :) I will of course pay all shipping costs, both back and forth :) |
Same question, but I am in USA.

Too busy with these 7 ps3 consoles I have. Modding my ass off lately, but I have this ps2 I have been meaning to get fmcb on for a while now. Thought I'd get it soft modded and pass it on down to my little niece. Start her off in the mod scene.

yeah iv been meaning to hack my ps2 for more the 3 years now and i have had this info the whole time, have u looked at the disc swap method, who knows u might have a game that will allow u to do it and it looks like the simplest of them sorry i cant be of any more use than that |
It's cool man. Just thought I'd throw it out there incase someone was interested in doing this. I looked into the game swap method, but I don't really have any games for it. If anyone wants to help with fmcb, let me know. There will be a very happy 11 year old girl if so. ( my niece, not me. Lol )

However, I just .. actually today, found a guy that would do it for me in copenhagen for a pizza and a coke... I don't know whats cheapest, posting it or the pizza+coke... But I did say yes to him :)* FWIW, Thank you a real lot none the less mate!!! I actually did try the disc swapping method, but... The discswapping method requires that you disassemble the PS3, to block the sensors that detects whether the lid is closed (on the ps2 slim atleast.. on the ps2 fat, you need a special card(you can cut it with a scissor and some strong durable paper), and 1(...ONE) of the 6 screws in my ps2 is so INSANELY tightened from the factory that I cannot get it loosened.. not even with the correctly proper-size screwdrivers... So the thread on the screw is kinda broken now... and even when it wasn't, it was impossible...* What makes it even more annoying is the fact that my little brother had a SCPH-9000x model datecode C(of which some of them could be softmodded), but it couldn't be softmodded, the BIOS in it was too new... Oh, and the point.. the screws on his PS2 was quuite loose (.__. ).. The game I tried with was Fifa 2008 :) If he for some reasons tricks me, or its a trap of sorts I'm going into, when I go to visit that guy, I will ask you out for the help :) And perhaps give a pizza, if its something for your taste, but I will contact you over PM then :) I really doubt its a trap though :D Again thanks for the help :) -Sent from my DuckPat |
