2- replace the PARAM>SFO if you are not using title ID BLES01402

You use backup with TB files probably.

I have BLUS version and it's working.Changed param.sfo , applied official path and then fix.But the intro video ( the one normally playing after creating a character) is not played for me.is it same for you? Because if its only me, I might have a corrupted file.

dark souls disk read failed
 

ok i turn on dark souls. i've made a character and start the game. intro blablabla and i saw some notice about a crystal or etc and then info : " disk read failed". where is the problem? maybe someone have same problem. any solutions?
