Games not loading in Multiman
Hello. I have a ps3(160gb). it came with 3 preloaded games - god of war 3, uncharted 3 and infamous 2. The problem is that whenever in multiman I press x to start/load a game it just exits to xmb and the game does not start.Any help would be appreciated.

when it exits to xmb you should start the actual game from the Bluray drive icon in the xmb.
have an original game inserted, also you might need to run fixpermissions.pkg |
I don't have the game discs as the games came preloaded into the internal hdd.
|
you can also try to run the game from "app/home" or whatever it is called. (it's above the "install package" icon" , but not all games will boot this way.
EDIT: so you don't own any original game? EDIT2: where did you go! |
Any PS3 game discs will work I picked up "Dark Sector" for like 6 bucks at a re sale shop.

First you should get the latest multiMAN(v4.04.03) because of the new BD-MIRROR that fixed alot of games running discless. To enable the BD-MIRROR PRESS SELECT+X. Next if this doest fix your problems go to the FILE MANAGER within multiMAN...PRESS SELECT+START to access the FILE MANAGER...and COPY your games to an external hdd(You will need one with plenty of capacity because God of War III is 40 gigs) formatted in FAT32 to the GAMES folder(create on if needed). Then input a PS3 game disc and the bluray drive and after that go to your game list within multiMAN... PRESS SELECT+X...on whatever game you want to play...wait for a few moments...you should be redirected too XMB ...then go up and you will see the game you wanted to play ... click on it and it will boot up..have fun. Side Note: Some games will result in blackcreen if you dont have correct eboot fix/patch for the game. You can reference the forums here for more information on it.

You can use any bluray movie or any game in the drive to run any game.

Yes, that's enough.
