It might be hard to search, when you don't explain what it is you are doing.

what part in the question "how do you spoof to fw 3.60 or higher" was difficult to understand?

anyway - for people looking for an answer to this question - see below link. the best way is to create a new 3.55 MFW which includes the simplified spoof

The simplest way is to use the rebug spoof for 4.11 or the 9.99 spoof enabler/disabler for your relevant firmware.

Using MFW builder seems like overkill if you are on a cfw already, just add the spoof, dont flash the whole cfw.

I have been trying to get a spoofer working on dex as well

When u install rebug's 4.11 spoofer, it installs and activates and appears to work. However, mm stops working. I've tried reinstalling mm but no go. As soon as you press X to boot a game in MM it blackscreens.

I then tried 's 372 spoofer (hoping it would work since there are no react files) but same issue; MM loads, appears good, but once you click on a game it blackscreens, doesn't even load back to xmb

I will try this 9.99 spoofer now n see how that goes...

Do you know how to spoof fw on dex 355? There are a few resigned games I'm unable to get working still... If you know how to get any spoofer working on dex, please advise

The part I didn't understand was, you asked what was the best way to spoof, then only stated you were using multiman.
A firmware spoof does not allow newer games to work. So I thought maybe you meant you wanted to know how to fix eboots?

Have you tried what @sakamoto posted? Make a DEX firmware with MFW Builder and add a spoof.
Don't know if it works for DEX, but it's worth a shot.
