There is a really good guide here, to check your dump.

It's not as hard as it looks.

everything matches apart from the bootloader_0 part metldr etc are all fine should i proceed anyway or try another dump iv already done 4 and all of them are the same

If you are really concerned then you should go to IRC channel #ps3downgrade. I had eussNL verify mine for me.

they keep bouncing me to posts i keep following and getting lost in i am on the irc now but cant get a straight answer and nobody seems to help

Just ask if someone could check your dump and post a link to the mediafire download and wait a few minutes and you should see someone say "coreylad your dump is fine".

They check dumps all day everyday on there so there isn't much conversation going on you just got to post your dump link and ask if someone will check and they will......it does take them a few minutes to verify it for you.

Just from the visual statistical inspection,
FF's should be between 10.42% - 10.48%
and yours is 9.34%

Also the last SCE search should be like this:
And in yours it is missing.
Everything was so close except these 2 small differences. Would of been easy to miss.
I would make some new dumps.

Maybe try to full format your micro sd card. Then make another dump.
Or you could try another micro sd card.
With the difference being so small, it might be the problem. I though of it when I seen this thread here.

Hi can you pls check my dump file becouse i dumped it with pro ic flasher, unsoldered it and made 3 exact copys of binary code from chip, but with this tool i had OTP zone at end of dump and it made dump longer for few bites....i manualy removed that lines and saved dump so pls if someonde can werify my dump becouse i flashed it back with same flasher and ps only starts with green lignt and cant power of and anything...pls help is needed..and sory for bad speeling but my english is not soo good..
