E3 Flasher Problem ;(
 

I got my E3 Flasher yesterday I followed the Ultimate Fool tutorial and I got everything working but when I attach the SD card to the reader the lights aren't showing up but when I take it out the lights starts again

Can someone help me -.-

I also couldn't update because the blue lights are not showing up
(I had the Update file into the Micro SD) :/

Check the connection on flasher

The problem is that they start bliking when i turn on my ps3 until i reach the XMB after that they turn off
When i remove the SD card the lights come back

Is something wrong with the E3 flasher?

Did you check if the update.bin was still there after you turn on PS3.

Once it gets to XMB, the lights should alternate back and forth.

Although I do have one e3 flasher coverboard, where one led is burnt out, but it works fine.

They don't just replace this part either, which sux.

i am not sure . but go through the instructions again make sure you have a good connection to the chip . just go through the beginning steps again .:)

But again i have the same problem the lights when i attach the SD card turn off and when i remove it they turn on :O

Maybe you got a bad board and it faulty .

yep maybe you esd the board while you installed it .
