The lv1diag.self and lv2diag.self doesn't work on fw>3.55 why?
Is a signature problem? Sony disabled their function via update?

I would venture to guess that since you can't run them on any firmware higher than 3.55 that isn't dex or 3.56MA most people haven't tried.

There's no keys to sign them with so you cannot get them to run on greater than 3.55

actually i think you can enter fsm but you cant get out 3.56+

Yup. That's the truth. It will allow you to enter fsm, but the only way to get out is to downgrade, so you will be stuck.

My question is: Is that what the OP meant by his query, or does he not know how to ask his question?

After entering FSM, lv1diag.self and lv2diag.self are used to call on functions.
Read about the LV2 Functions and Syscalls here.

The way to call on those functions were changed with higher firmware. That is why you can not call on any of them. Not even the one to exit FSM.

I'm satisfied thanks to @playerkp420 i don't think lv1diag and lv2diag don't work for a keys problem i think the only reason is what my helper xD says... Can we maybe understand how it happened looking into fw 3.60 i don't think that they changed it anymore on higher fws they have no reason to change it...
EDIT: anyway i think lv1diag.self and lv2diag.self was a leak even if somebody could understand how their use was patched i think only people like JaucraB who really know how to edit them could do something... So nothing will come out of this...
