Hi Just To Start A List To See Everyones CPU TEMP AND RSX :)

Mines Is ....... CPU-[158F]--RSX-[147F]

anyone no the safe TEMP for a Ps3 To Sit At ?

Room temperature: Constant 22ºC (air conditioner)

48ºC/50ºC idle

51ºC/54ºC after 20 mins playing Dragon's Dogma

CECH2501A, original thermal paste

An interesting note: After 5 minutes running this tool, the CPU temperature reached 75 ° C.

so mines is sitting at 70c ....

anyone no what temp the ps3 should be kept at ?

mines is orignal thermal paste .. ps3 is 2 maybe 3 years old .. its a slim

Mine's around 70ºC, too. 40 Gb Fat, 5 years old...

i would say al ps3 models would be diffrent TEMPS ect was on a site there and they says it should be around 40C thats whit it says in the user man .. hmm

45ºC/50ºC idle

60ºC/65ºC after playing Skyrim for 1 hour.

CECH-2501A, original thermal paste, no cooler mods or anything.

Now we're going to be inundated with "is my CPU\GPU too hot" threads.

This utility was best left not released. This is a situation where it really is better that only the "inner circle" have access to something.

Knowing the temperature can help to diagnose problems. If we have more data (temperature), we have more discussion about these data. And that's what forums are for, right?
