Need Help with cooling fan

Was just wondering how i change the system fan on the ps3 fat console to a molex connection. Is there a adapter or somethin out there on ebay. Also the 4 pin connection i noticed is different to the 4 pin connection to a pc fan.

Wanting to put a few 120mm fans inplace of the original 16 blade ps3 fan.

the fan in the ps3 use a 3 wire connection.
and it uses puls with modulation to control the fan's speed, somehow i think a fan from a pc operates different.
