Sorry I didn't state that, it was on 3.50 ofw then I upgraded to 3.55 then to rogero.

If the console was never downgraded then there is no reason to dehash, just go back to 3.55 ofw then to the cfw of your choice.

I have another ps3 which has been downgraded and is also on rogero 3.4. I have tried using the QA toggle pkg but even though it beeps the option doesn't show up when doing the button combo (to ensure that it was successful). Am I doing something wrong?

When using the toggle qa, it should beep three times fast, then reboot to xmb.

Then do the button combo at network settings.

If you are hearing the 3 fast beeps, then you may be doing the buttons wrong.
Navigate to network settings, press all at the same time - R1,R2,L1,L2,L3 and down on d pad.

Yes it does beep 3 times (the same beep when you press eject when there isn't any disc in the tray) and returns back to xmb.
