Pro's & Con's of New LV0 Keys & CFW
 

Please post your knowledge of the pro's and cons of this new enlightenment LV0 Keys & the new CFW 4.21.

We can make a list to make it easy for everyone to use.

Pros; CFW above 3.55, New homebrew, We can Unlock Bootldr and unlock it eventually, All FWs will be able to be hacked.
Cons; Piracy will be a huge issue, Console bans Incoming.

well regardless cfwprpht, cracked bootldr is basically here, by the makers of ps3key and xbox360 mod as well..i am pretty sure they are not bsing their way in

I mean it looks for the first time, and last time, that Sony's ps3 has officially become owned and sony can do absolutely nothing - no full solutions to block homebrew and no bandaid solutions either..too bad they didn't focus their efforts on releasing more future rich ofws than coming with new ****ing technology security patches (hardware wise and software wise) too bad. That's why they've gone down.

What I meant by "Cracked Bootldr" Was We can Unlock it and get the Keys from it.
Then after that We can screw around with it and possibly get what we have with the Wii (Custom Bootloaders)

No wrong. Puuuu...mate, bootldr is encrypted with your Per Console Factory Key not with PCK_0 soooo even if you can get some code into a bootldr, there is no possability to resing them cause we can't get hand's on our Per_Console_Factory_Key. So there for, as long we can't dump thoes sayed PCFK we can't have a cracked bootldr.

No has to be installed on 3.55 and wait a little there has been some bricks

Pros - scene is one step forward once again
Cons - scene devs who weren't going to release anything anyway left us or changed their nicknames and IPs

Lol this didn't effect any devs but those in bluedick
