E3 flasher doesn't work ps3
 

I have ps3 80gb with OFW 4.25 i have also e3 flasher but doesn't work ps3 if install e3 flasher :(....

E3 flasher installed and unpluged connector chip on dashboard e3 flasher = PS3 RUN GOOD!
E3 flasher installed + pluged connector chip on dashboard e3 flasher = Black screen and no load HDD

Anyone have idea about this?

(i have used 5-6 months ago and e3 flasher run good with my ps3)

The clip is not perfectly connected, thats why the ps3 won't boot.

Damn man, i have try and try... i have open/closed my ps3 20-30 times :(....

The e-sata cable may not be seated correctly.

On mine the cable wouldn't go in properly as it came into contact with the reset switch on the flasher control. Had to cut away some rubber on the e-sata cable connector.

Another thing to check is if the E3 is seated to the PS3 motherboards hard drive port properly.

e-sata cable run good..... is not this the problem ;(

Led blue okay on e3 flasher, green led on ps3 but no load HDD and no video.

FIXED: start ps3 without clip connect on board e3 when is XMB connect clip on board e3 and enjoy...

(i don't know this but run good 4.30 CFW done + backup)

I think I got the same problem!
 

Hey man, I have the same problem as you had. My ps3 turns on, but the screen is black. When I try to turn it off it wont work, so I have to take the power adapter in and out.

Can you please explain to me exact what you did to fix it? :dontknow:

1) install chip on bios
2) install e3 board in HDD space
3) DON'T CONNECT chip bios on e3 board
4) turn on your ps3 wait XMB
5) up (slow) power pack ps3 and connect chip bios on e3 board
6) run backup press reset button on e3 flasher, put bios downgraded and flash him
7) shut down and unplug chip bios from e3 board
8) Start your downgrade
