Is there an easy way to make a pkg?

Is there an easy way to make a pkg? I never made one before, I am working on fixing the journey disc release. I got it to boot, But I have repackage the games on the disc to fix them. So I was hoping someone could help me out here.

I wanna know, too. Since many games contain the eboots in those PKGs and I want to do my own fixes.

there is adtool

to make a pkg just right click on the folder eg:blesxxx then u can see MAKE PKG option click it and voila u have pkg
