Multiman error 80010017 :'(
 

Hello :/
I get the problem "80010017" Every time I try to load a cracked game.
I have tried mw2, mw3, fifa 13 and skate 3. None of them worked.
I did everything right, I placed all the files needed on a external hdd, then replaced 3.55 fix, and some files to make it work.
Then I went to multiman, and it verified data, and installed to hdd0, then when done, I injected a cd (Mw3) Then I ran the game from hdd, then it kicked me to xmb, and it said fifa 13, I ran fifa 13 (Originally mw3), but it gave me the error 80010017, the same thing happened to the other games I tried :( Do I need to play the game and make a game save to be able to run it? If so, I can just ask a friend that has fifa 13.

Really? Go away, this is a ps3 hacking community, it's fully allowed to pirate games. GTFO if you don't want to help.

do you a an original PS3 blu-ray disk? If so, may i know what game?? did you boot from that blu-ray disk?

are u using 1 or 2 external hdds? or a USB Hub or Pen drive along with your External HDD?

If you are unplug everything and plug only the external hdd on the PS3.. I know it sounds like crap but lots of people are having this problem and games on the 2nd HDD wont load.. So if u have 2 externals just plug in only the one hdd that has your game on it and see it that works for u. I have to swap between both my externals since update but least the games are working well

I'm having issues with metal gear HD collection and getting the same error as the op. I'm running g 4.21 rex dbmirror on. Any ideas guys?

I had the same the error code:80010017. I only have Multiman 4.08 and when I tried to launch a cracked game it gives that error. Any ideas? Like, the game should be opened through Multiman not PS3 interface? And I dont know how to do it, if it's the solution.

Either try using a game disc in the drive, or make sure the eboot (and SDAT/SELF/SPRX are signed for your firmware, or UNSIGNED for 4.30 CFW)

Depending on your CFW mount the game from multiman and load it from disc on the PS3 interface (XMB)

Also update to REBUG/ROGERO 4.30 CFW, and update multiman to 04.19.01 (latest)
