lv1 dump and idps help
 

So I dumped lv1 and use a tool called request idps and it gave me my idps in text.
Now I have tried to use it in the tool called toolkit GUI version 1.30 with the 4.21/4.30 unself.
The tool is asking for my act.dat and idps.
I copied the act from my PS3 and used idps from my lv1 dump
When I try to unself a EBOOT it tells me idps error and header error.

With my idps I have tried a couple of different things, loading it as .text and .file extensions.

There is something that I am missing can someone point me in the right direction?
