Purchased an online pass for LBPKarting
 

While on my E3 4.30, but game still says I cant play online. I have installed other things that were previously purchased from psn from my legal ps3 onto this one and they all download and install and work perfectly so confused why the online pass isnt working. Any clues??

maybe the problem is the E3 CFW itself?

Did you use the pass on another console first?

Region matters too.

No, I didnt use the pass on my other system. I could try that, but region may be the problem..........dammit

Yes, region is probably the problem. You probably have a USA rip with a UK online pass. Or vice versa.

it's not the end of the world though, you just need to re-download the game in the different region for it to work.

Online pass works once you have the correct region. Im online :)

It was actually @amiroray who first suggested it was because of being two different regions, but thank you as well @djhazardous ..............much appreciated :)

you actually dont have to redownload the game. at least for ttt2 all i had to do was change the parameter to my region and then install the updates for my region as well.
