how to change your friends avatar (only you can see it)
 

this is a tutorial of how to change people's avatars on PSN (NOTE your the only one that can see them)

its a very easy process and looks pretty good on the ps3 for your friends list

first of all start multiman
launch the file manager in multiman
browse to DEV_HDD0/HOME/00000001/FRIENDIM/AVATAR/
copy any avatar's you wish to change to a usb pen
plug the usb pen in a laptop
open the avatar with "PAINT" also open the picture you want to switch it to with paint as well...
copy the picture you wish to change the avatar for

paste the picture over the avatar

plug the usb back into the ps3 and replace their avatar for your modded one and thats it

maybe to recognize your friends faster or something like that.
