At least it seems that they are giving you the chance to delete all "pirated" content before banning you so if you are careful enough and use the right stealth methods to not get caught you may get away with it.

In all seriousness, that's what you get for playing black ops 2 early. If you have any trophies or plats to sync, do them now while you can. No mention of account bans, though if they account ban, people would be pretty pissed and have no reason to ever get a new ps3 with OFW...even as a backup
