Has anyone gotten banned yet?

but if i play online with CFW no cheats well i get banned?

If you don't cheat you decrease the chances , if you don't play backups, you decrease the chances as well...It all has something to do with how much wrong you're doing that will increase your chances of a ban.

It depends how big of a splash you do for sony to take notice. There will aways be a chance for a ban no matter what when you're online with cfw. I don't think it's random they're going by threat levels, even if you don't cheat and you load multiman you risk of a ban because they will assume you're loading a pirated copy.

Treat your cfw like you would ofw...Again no guarantees, but you're not going to be that transparent in their microscope.

Honestly it's too soon for anything, once they clean house with the cheaters and pirates, everyone else could be next, regardless if you've never cheated or pirated, you're still using modified software to access their network in which they don't allow.
