hi guys hope some one can shed some lingt on this game booting issue for me,

first daft question... do you have to have move for this game?

if not please read on.

im using Rogero CEX-4.30 v1.04
latest multiman.. as of todays update as well.
game on internal drive

the game is being picked up on, reads it as being 4.25 title so all should be ok, but its not.

the game seems to boot ok from the disk channel, goes through the move warning screens... then i just get a white and pink strobing screen with an small white and pink box in the corner strobing as well, the screen then goes black and im asked to push the ps button to quit the game.

ive tried the various combinations of fixing permission, turning on bd mirror selecting internal ect within multimans options, there are loads of people reported to have this running so is it just me missing something?

It did this for me when i was trying to run it from external.
However, works fine on internal. (The strobing stuff is the loading screen. It cannot open some files it seems.)

I don't see why it does this for you if you are running it internal. Should work..

My experience:
It would not run at all from external at first.
Tried 'external / bdmirror' -> fail, black screen
Then i added harry's fix/eboot. -> strobing screen with spinning square.
Then i moved the game to internal -> all ok.

Rebug 4.21, that's the only difference for me.. (internal/bdmirror is checked)

will this game work with just a normal controller ask me to quit when game strats

yes it does
ps move is not req

thats good to know what the cause of the strobing is,

think i will erase it and copy it back on just in case ive got a faulty file.

weirs how people are having some of these issues tho and yet it works fine for others... still tho its early days with these new cfw releases sure given time things will be better and more stable

I used the Rex Fix and after that I copied the Game to my internal HDD.

I had the same issues when I tried to boot it from my external HDD...

thanks mate, still having the same strobe tho regardless of the settings.

tried internal/bd mirror and setting permissions as well..

still no joy, maybe i will have to go through the whole downgrade to get rebug on instead (or wait till there is a new update that may fix my issue)

did you also try the REX fix that others suggested? in case that may help..?
