Any reason NOT to upgrade from 3.55 CFW to 4.30 CFW?
 

Right now, I'm on 3.55 (Rogero) -- is there any reason (any particular lack of functionality, compatibility, flexibility) that I shouldn't go ahead and upgrade to 4.30 (Rogero)?

Not really. Everything can be resigned, or has been updated to work with 4.xx CFW. PSN works, updates work.

Not really, I can see whats a head of me and learn from other peoples mistakes.

Right now every game I want is patched and working on my console. When the day comes to update, I recon it will be to REBUG 4.3X when it eventually comes out.

I heard some system calls are not compatible in 3.55 - 4.21 and there are issues with newer games, afaik duplex had a hard time fixing sleeping dogs for instance

how can you get psn to work, ****psn doesnt work, many received that ban error message.. i wonder if the console is banned or whether the spoofed id that ****psn provides

Your response is a little confusing. You say there is no reason not to, yet you're staying on 3.55 for some reason? So there is a reason not to say go from KMEAW 3.55 to Rogero 4.30 v2.0? :questionmark:

it won't work on the old eboot. So if you have a huge list of old game, then forget about it.

What are you talking about? Every game is playable on 4.30 cfw as long as you have the original Eboot
