Is PS3 Slim 250GB downgradable?
 

Ok so first of all, sorry if it have already been asked, but I am desperate because it's a huge sale period in my country, and it's only this weekend.

First of all, I was planning to buy PS3 slim 320GB but the news one are only 3k models which are not jailbreak-able. But today, with this massive sale, I've seen also a PS3 slim 250GB which it was a cech-21xxB I guess(latest, as written here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3 ), and I've see on the same site that it was out of production before 2011 began. Does that mean it's jailbreak-able? Please answer me, and if it's not, tell me a model from the slim category that is still jailbreak-able.

And ps3 slim that was released before 2011 is jailbreak-able, BUT that specific ps3 you're talking about comes with a higher firmware than 3.55 which is possible to downgrade to 3.55 with a hardware flashed.

Does this mean the PS3 250GB Slim comes from factory with fw lower than 3.55 right?

21XXx's are guaranteed jailbreakable = 3.40 :)

Ok I just wanted to be sure, because I am desperate and I don't want to do a wrong move. So on wiki it says the production of 250GB slim was stopped before 1 jan 2011, so they didn't updated them with a newer firmware since the last firmware when it was still producing was 3.40 or 3.55 I guess... and sorry about the confusion of the title, I meant jailbreak-able, not dongradeable.
