Rebug 4.21 playing 4.25+ keys games?
 

What's the procedure with the games tht have higher than 4.21 keys while on rebug? Do I need to resign those or no? Seems like rogero has the highest compatability in keys.

Dude the 4.2x - 4.3x Keys are the same. There is no need to resign anything.

Like Tj said, the keys for games have not changed since 4.2x .

I doubt $0ny will change anymore until the come up with a road block again. Given the lv0 stuff was given to community, we will always be able to get new keys now.

Hence my statement of $0ny changing the signing keys is low now.

The easiest way is to use the new multiMAN 4.13. When you load a game that asks for a higher firmware than 4.21, it asks you if you want mm to fix the eboot for you.

I have had a couple games ask for higher firmware. Like Hitman, Need for Speed, Epic Mickey 2, etc...

I ask cuz I had read in a post some guy talking about that rebug 4.21 was inferior to 4.30 cfw cuz of resigning and shat but I guess he's a fvcking retard. lol

Thats not very nice. Most people here already know that 4.21-4.30 use the same keys. So most of us could same the same thing about you for asking

anyways, back to topic, knowing this now, if i eventually decide to upgrade then it would definitely be with rebug since i see that the scene trusts rebug alot more than any other.
