'update.. bought an e3 card reader for FSM...
new problem.. eject button wont work.. doesn't beep when pressed.. doesn't light up when game cd inserted.. has to be ejected from xmb... cant enter FSM because of it!..
before restoring ps3 and successfully recovering from brick.. connector from mainboard where ribbon to power and eject button broke of.. when to my friend to reconnect the loosed part.. successful in making the power button work and went on to recovering from brick.. didn't notice about the blue led and eject problem until right now.. can anyone help if they experienced the same problem.. dont know of its a flasher related problem or a proper connector/soldering problem..
power button lights up and functions..
except for eject.. does not eject game cd when pressed.. does not light up when game cd inserted.. does not beep when pressed also..'
