Get banned from PSN for this?

Hello,

Recently my 3.55 PS3 got banned unfortunately. I am going to get another one this week. I was wondering what is the best possible way to not get banned from PSN? Also if I were to put my main account on the PS3 and stay offline, can I play backup games then gather heaps of trophies and such and log into the account to sync them? Would I get banned? Also is anyone not banned from PSN with their CFW PS3? If so, how do you not get banned?

I'm not banned because I rarely ever access it, I would suggest not playing online at all is the best chance you have, and syncing trophies should be fine but of course if they eventually want to ban you for that too then that they will.

I am playing borderlands 2 everyday for hours and I am not banned

I was hosting MW3 lobbies! I will never cheat again but! Also there are many people saying the same thing, and they never get banned! Why? If I use the Multiman Stealth, will I get banned?

I'm wondering If you got banned for cheating/glitching in a game and not banned from psn entirely.

There have been no bans for using cfw or playing backup games on psn.

EDIT: you replied the reason as I was typing my post.

That's why you got banned someone reported you for hosting modded lobbies, using Multiman has nothing to do with it someone reported you, next time don't host lobbies for the public only invite trusted people or just don't host them period.
