How to change NTSC-J PS3 console to NTSC-U/C
 

Hi all !

Anyone know how to do that because i want to play some PS2 copied game on my NTSC-J 60GB BC PS3 console (especially Onimusha 2). Thanks

use c2d, to convert eido- dump, then write with rebug or mm

i read from cd2 readme and saw this :

Allows "converting" a Retail PS3 from one region to another (i.e. EUR PS3 -> JAP PS3, USA PS3 -> RUSSIAN PS3)

Changing a Retail PS3 region unlocks playback for region-locked DVD/Blu-ray movies and PS1/PS3 games .

SO this can't change region locked for PS2 game ?
And i use c2d but have this error

If it's modded can't you play any ps2 game with multiman?

Nope.

He would either need to be on 3.55 cobra CFW with a DRM dongle, or use the dongle free FSM solution and see if it is region free :)

EDIT: or try OPL 0.8 ??

the answer is to use C2D to patch your dump. you will be doing bassically what you would have to convert to DEX.

By the way i used cex2dex to convert cex to dex flash no problem.
