Seeing as there seems to be no competiton or interest, If your willing to internationally sell, i'l place a very valuable and legit offer of $35 in, and willing to raise to $42.85 at the most. (Calculations on fixing the BD, downgrading to 3.55 and possibly modifying the fan has also been evaluated to come to this offer.)
Also, are wires, original boxing, controller included with the PS3? If so, i could swing the price offer a little up over $5-8 dollars.
PS if you do get $100 (i can usually purchase an average 3.55 with minor faulties for that amount here) for a NAND >3.70OFW faulty, then i'd love to personally shake your hand in person my friend.

Lowest I can go for this console would be 85.00 Shipped , I ship USPS Priority 2-3 day mail only and that is 15 dollars as it is. I might just grab another Blu Ray drive from somewhere and Bump the price up. It only comes with the power cord and shipping internationally is a pain and expensive. Thanks for your interest but I would have to pass.

Yh i agree with the shipping business, it can be time/money consuming.
You'd probably get double the price your aiming for in the US with an installed working blu ray laser on the drive.
Good luck selling anyway.
