8002f1f9 marvell chip.

I have a question about a ps3 hardware and software fix. i ve a ps3 slim with the following settings;

PS3 SLIM
Model: 2511a
Motherboard: JTP-001
FW version::dontknow:

it return a update error code "0x8002F1F9". I search about a fix but i don't get a solution. i have done a reflow on board marvell chip but still fails the update. I have changed the dual lens ps3 KEM-450 but it do not work too.

I haven't find a replacement part for repair ( Marvell IC) in my country, and i decide to try another way to fix it.

Is possible fix it just with NOR dump patch and reflash?
