Im not sure how many people of you guys have heard about OzModChips, they were the guys that broke the story about PS Jailbreak via PSX-Scene, you can read about that story here, a couple of days ago, these guys released an image of what appears to be a hacked 3DS

I'm playing Resident Evil Revelations as we speak. All I can say is I hope so and I hope it doesn't need a flash cart because that's the same as a dongle as far as I'm concerned. Also, I've read that Crediar thinks it's real so I'm assuming it's real. I guess the waiting game begins.

From what ive read, it wont be released, but i could be wrong, only time will tell.

If there's an emulator for the 3DS, I'd like it to be able to save/load states, load cheat codes, & have accurate video-recording capabilities...

its not the same.

for the ps3, you dont need a dongle to install a custom firmware and copy games onto the hdd. the dongle was the custom firmware, which allowed you to do so.

a flashcard for the nintendo 3ds is just a placeholder for the original game with a slot for a micro sd or any other storage where the games can be stored.

So you don't think there was a way to play games from an SD card on the DS without the cart? I've got my suspicions that there could have been but there was more money to be made off the carts.

Hopefully the Wii-U security is based on the same security as the 3DS ;)

Hopefully by 2013 it gets hacked, I only want it hacked/unlocked because freaking Nintendo region locked their 3DS games. UGH!

I want to import this game in 2013 but it's all up to the devs/hackers of taking care of 3DS.

supposedly it was hacked similar to the wii but they wont tell us the game they used for the exploit

Would the 3DS getting hacked lead to a PC emulator? If so that'd be great
