I need help. I'm desperate. I need to know how Jocose placed the switches.

I have a dual boot OFW 4.31 <---> CFW 3.55, but when I upgraded to last Rogero CFW, the official firmware stopped working (three beeps and shut down). The CFW works fine.

He said he applied the e3_downgrade to the E3 NOR FLASH? How?

You cannot duel boot 4.xx OFW and 4.xx CFW

You can duel boot 3.55 and below, But 3.60-4.xx will not work due to the fact that there are not any LVL2 Patches for it I think.. All i know is that anything above 3.55 will not duel boot correctly or at all.

Well, I got it.

Basically it is:

Install CFW 4.31 in CFW switch
Extract e3 NOR
Patch with http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/Talk:Bluedisk_EID0_reDRM
Flash patched nor in e3 NOR
Nor in ps3 patched Flash NOR
Update to OFW the PS3 nor

Well, now my rogero 4.30 v2.03 dont have the install package option. And no, leaving the cursor in "app_home/PS3_GAME/" neither

lol, need to install mutiman update before...;)

just a heads up this never worked for me, always got a random blackscreen at random times, and it never showed xmb again after blackscreen, so i had to reflash and downgrade ....etc.
