PKG REPACK HELP!
 

Been trying for the last hour and so to repack a pkg and cant find out how!

I had a 3.55 pkg, so extracted it, resigned to 4.21. How do I put it back into a package to install. Help needed asap thanks.

like 99% of the things that were 355 and didnt work on 421 ( homebrew, cracked PSN games ) are already fixed and resigned here on HAX. There is like 3 threads of stuff for them, just use the search function of this site to find what your looking for.

Im like 99% + its already been done by someone. I leave the 1% out cause maybe just maybe you have a piece of homebrew or psn title that has yet to be done. As unlikely as that is though.

u need psn_package_npdrm.exe

Very true, could do that too. Just depends on what user is comfortable with ^=^

You can use True Ancestor pkg tool running under windows.
It does the job nicely.

use CMP AUTO TOOLS 6.3 put you original files in game source and drag the complete directory on to repkg bat.

I am trying to make a DISCKFIX pkg for Need for Speed Most Wanted. Can anyone help me out? I used Discboot to make a pkg, but it is for 3.55. So resigned it but cant get it to package form again...?

u have to make a layout just like a packed file ie unpacked update. then u need to open notepad make a file package.conf im not going into details on what needs to be in it. put it in root of folder u made. open cmd; for a game update type this.... psn_package_npdrm --patch-for-discgame c:/users/desktop/game update folder... the package.conf needs

the content_id needs to match the eboot and param in order to pkg properly.
