Exercsize!
So how many people on this forum regularly exercise?, I want to be more consistent with my workouts but I eat so poorly I find it extremely hard to do... I used to weigh 285lbs but ive cut down to 235 and im trying to get into my healthy weight range again of about 164-180lbs, but realistically knowing how i eat id be happy if dropped down to around 200 :laugh: Im not athletic or anything but I often blame my inconsistency on my diet instead of my mental will power... So what do most of you think? You just don't have the will to workout and/or you eat so poorly, why bother?

Hell no to exercise. It hurts far too much. If I'm in the situation where my life depends on me hauling ass, I rather gladly off myself. Seriously, I see many other people exercise and they seem to handle it so nicely. I exercise, and it can take anywhere from days to weeks to catch my breath again. I remember gym class in school. It doesn't matter if I do it every day over and over, my body never correctly adjusts to it so I'm in as much agony the first day as I am the last day years later. My body is a heap of crap in the exercise department. Every human being other than me adjusted. We'd do the exercise tests and I'd do closely similar to other people, with the only difference being they regained their breath that day and I'm still panting weeks later. They were baffled, and so was I. My diet wasn't bad at all either, fruits, veggies, steak, eggs, bacon, pork chicken, supplements. I'm screwed, so I just carry a knife and pepper spray everywhere if I really need them.
