Ps3 controller layout

Hi guys I just had a ps3 for Xmas and its a phat one with 4 USB ports on the front etc. only problem being it has a jap layout keyboard - x is back and o is enter how can I change it to a uk layout so x is enter o is back. I'm on 4.31 if that helps.

it would need to be downgraded and cfw put on it before you can change it through multiman
