4.21.1 rex can't install psone classic pkg

is anyone having this problem?
i can't seem to install psone classic .PKGs
whenever i pick the pkg to install it gets stuck on "please wait..."
after a while it just goes back to the pkg listing.
all my psone classics that i installed before i upgraded on 3.55 are installed and working
i can install other pkgs fine...just not psone classics.
im gna try to downgrade and see if that works, but if anyone knows why this is...please let me know.

edit:
i just downgraded to 3.55.2 rex and was able to install the pkg...
updated to 4.21.1 and still get stuck at "please wait..."
so is this a 4.21.1 issue or something with my ps3?

The .PKG probably needs to be resigned for 4.21

@mc711
Since FW 4.00, the way to install this type of pkg have been change, they now have to be installed as "Bubble" .
(you ll notice also the option from XMB under your ps1/minis games previously installed to copy it to PSP is now gone on your REX 4.21)

To install quickly your pkg as bubble, you can use the option on MultiMan as install PKG or check the homebrew from Deroad.

On REX 4.21 with MutliMan option, you ll have your pkg under package manager/playstation network content. From here you can install or copy to PSP.

The other pkg you want to install (as "fix" or "crack") can be installed directly from the standard package location.

You can also install first the fix/crack, them unpack your pkg game and ftp into the folder game (created by the fix/crack) the game and his content (eboot.pbp, document dat etc... but not the files you already have as param.sfo, iso.bin.edat etc....or install again the fix)
