Can't downgrade from 4:21/3:55 hybrid fw
 

Hi i was on 3:55 rebug then I just upgraded to rogero 4.30 v2.03

But none of the home brew worked or deleted so I decided to downgrade to 3:55cfw and install multiman
But to get to 3:55 I had to install the hybrid cfw 4:21 Now when I went into recovery to update to 3:55 cfw it told me that only firmware over 4:21 can run !

so now I have manged to delete the home brew and install multiman latest
Which works on 4:21
So can I now just update back to 4.30 v2.03 or should I try to downgrade somehow? Thanks

Did you try rebug 9.99 downgrader?

No just rogero Downgrader PUP which I'm on know

Shouldn't the correct Rogero downgrader pup ask for 4.23 or something weird, not 4.21??

Yes QA is flagged and confirmed

The recovery file says

"Connect Storage media that contains update of version 4:40 or later and then press the start and select "

But when I put in 3:55 in won't accept it

Download 3.55 OFW again or Rogero 3.55 v3.7 and try again?

you are supposed to install the downgrader pup from xmb and then the 3.55 v3.7 from the recovery menu.

That's what I did downgraded from xmb to 4:21
but it won't install 3:55 in recovery
Can I just upgrade back to 4:30 ? As multiman v 4.14 is installed or will I risk bricking my machine

Have you tried using @condorstrike recovery pkg to get you into recovery?

To get back to 3.55 you don't install a hybrid 4.21, 421to355 downgrade pup from XMB will take you to the hybrid firmware then you install Rogero 3.55.

Edit: just see title again, seems your already at this point, 1st post description was slightly wrong.
