Should I update from Rebug 4.21 to 4.30, or a different CFW?
 

I'm installing a new PS3 HDD today, not sure if I should stick with 4.21 or go for 4.30. The official site is kind of vague on some things

1. Can I use rebug toolbox on 4.30?

2. Can I fake save data owner and switch O/X functions on 4.30?

And are there any other CFWs I should consider before switching the HDD? Like I know Rogero has Stealth MM (although I hear people are still getting banned with it)
