PS3 Downgrade From 4.30 Rogero to 3.55 Problem
I was using 4.30 Rogero for a good 2 months (I think it was V1.1), But then I got a problem which was every game or application I launch would give me a black screen and I had no choice but to pull the plug of my PS3. So I thought of downgrading it and followed the tutorial written by Rogero himself (I cannot post the link)
Everything went fine till I installed the hybrid 3.55 (4.25 to 3.55 firmware) after that I couldn't find toggle_qa from a verified site so I downloaded it from a unverified site. I toogle_qa(ed) it and was able to see edy viewer and all. but when I go into the recovery and try to install Rogero 3.55CFW V3.7 it tells me that the firmware is already upto date and and asks me to connect 4.40 firmware or more. I do not think it is a problem with the tutorial I followed beacuse it was just a video of a tutorial written by rogero himself. It may be a problem with toogle_qa which I downloaded from filecrop. |

Asking for 4.4 is normal just install rogero 3.55 now. If install from xmb fails do from recovery mode.

Go into recovery mode and install rogero 3.55.
When you see the message telling you to install 4.40 or later, ignore it and press start+select. |
