homebrews are like apps on a smartphone which allows u to for example load backups or open FTP connections

-What are the risks of jailbreaking my playstation 3?
the only risk is that u do anything incorrectly and u brick the PS3... but bricking chances are less than 1%

-When I jailbreak, will I really still be able to play on Playstation Network without getting booted off?
if u mean banned with booted off then yeah you can go to PSN to sync trophies and may play some games online... but if u play BO2 or run homebrew while ure signed into PSN you get 99% banned

-Will I be able to load games off of a USB? (One of my more important questions)

BO2 somehow scans the PS3 if it has a CFW on... if it detects something then it'll send the info to sony and they ban your PSN/PS3 account in a few days
when you are signed into PSN and then start homebrew you may get banned too...
the only safe way is to log in sync trophies log out
or if u play a game online:
1) run mM and load backup/go back to XMB
2) start PSNINJA and wipe down or replace the history
3) start the loaded backup
4) sign in when the games asks u to do it! (dont sign via XMB)
5) have fun
this method just minimizes the risks of getting detected/banned
if u get banned its not my fault

2.
-I asked if I could play online on games that i've downloaded off the internet (like from TPB-thepiratebay), and you said yes. This is really true?
ye its true you can play games online when u have the right FW (for example rogero 4.30)

3.
-If you *can* get on PSN while running a CFW, then how-come up right up there it says:

CFW PSN Access?

NO
banner is outdated it also says "Firmware Downgradeable? YES-4.20 (4.31 is the highest u can downgrade)
