Paypal chargeback ??
 

If i received money through paypal then sent it to someone else, if the guy who sent the cash chargedback would it also be taken out of the account i sent the money to? or just mine?
Selling an item via paypal and just want to know how that works.

If you dispute a transaction PayPal will hold the money if the money has already been moved to another account the account you paid goes to negitave balance

I send to account 2
Buyer charges back and account 2 will be negative ?

How can i make sure i win the dispute if he does chargeback?
Proof of postage ?

Take photos of the package and send it signed for

But unfortunately there's no way to stop the scammers

Not being racest but your not selling to a nigerian?

The reason I say that is that my dad has been trying to sell his car on eBay, he got 3 offers from Nigerian blokes, all wanting to pay in full by PayPal, and after some research they were all trying to scam him through PayPal.

This was only 2 weeks ago.

@Sarah1331 - Unfortunately the buyer is in the states but royal mail only offer tracking up untill it leaves the uk, but that service also gives postage proof and i think it needs signing for to, so that should be ok right?
