Important Question - Data Transfer From Banned PS3 To New Ps3.
 

I don't know if this question has been asked but...

I just bought a new ps3, well it's a used 160gb SLIM... I want to know if I can Data Transfer from my old console banned ps3 to my new ps3. I'm worried that it will console ban my new ps3.

My ps3 was console banned because of Pirated Content... I never pirated anything, I admit I was on CFW, but I never pirated games tho... Just modded gta.

Anyways... Is it possible to Data Transfer without getting another console ban?

Use the unban method to unban your ps3. Next step, do as you please.

Well thats the thing...

my brother did the official 4.31 update, so i can't do anything...

i take it that it is impossible without second console ban huh...?

if i were you i'd punch my brother directly in the face and jail him somewhere in the cellar or bathroom :secruity:

if the banned console was still jailbroken you could transfer data like apps backups files etc to the new console if its jailbroken too!
if one of them isnt jailbroken you cant datatransfer anything

PS: if both ps3 are jailbroken and u data transfer it doesnt ban your PS3

Yeah lol... I gave him soo much **** for that... None of my ps3's are still jailbroken... I might send my ps3 to @playerkp420 to jailbreak again lol... Lemme just get a job at iHop real quick haha.

The funny thing is... They said I was pirating stuff, but I wasn't... Oh well. Thanks anyways broski.
