Should I jailbreak my PS3?
 

I only want to download games for ps3 from torrent websites and play them OFFLINE. i understand that playing online might get my psn account suspended or something.

What are the other risks involved? And can I jailbreak my version 4.31 PS3?

if you jailbreak it, it will get caught and go back to jail.
