I hate to break it to you, that thing hasn't worked in well over a month. Also some think an unban means an account unban as well which isn't the case. The xbox scene is more mature with the bans, they take the ban and either live with it and enjoy their hacked xboxes or get another one.

The other thing, Sony's last maintenance has been solely for better cfw detection. You can no longer blame black ops 2 anymore. Just having your ps3 connected online is as bad a risk nowdays.

Yeah, I just read the last few comments. Where's your source on the last maintenance being solely for better CFW detection? I've heard nothing of this. I would say you can mostly blame BO2 for them. I would bet my bottom dollar that is how this dude got his one annihilated.

It was after this last maintenance that everyone started to get banned, not just BO2 users.
someone mentioned that they can just check which keys were used to sign the firmware files and BAM, your out of there(PSN). I´m not sure if that´s what they´re doing but it sounds plausible.

Yea I think they are just banning anything now. I got banned a couple of days ago and I was playing NBA 2K13 online, didn't even play it more than 1 hour and I'm banned just a few days later.

But you know what... all these people saying, I'm not going online because I don't want to get banned; you may as well be banned because its the same thing. Play until you are banned I say!
