editing game for codes

alright yall I was wondering what you need to edit so that you can create cheats on a game. I have the patience and idea on how to (I made codes on psp) I'm just wondering what to edit on ps3.

I would use codeunique but of course I'm on 4.21.2 REX. I seen the patched version on that homebrew list but I KNOW it doesn't work

Thanks for all the help guys :D :p I found out I needa use CMP Auto Tools and make a pkg.
