Now lets get things done,i have a old fat ps3,the first model which come out with ps2 retrocompability,i would like to know which tuturial shall i follow for a good jailbreak without no problems.

What OFW are you on now?

I have the letest OFW.

So you're on 4.31 then. You need to downgrade to 3.55 using a HW Flasher by following this guide:

No, just phats and most slims. Newer 25xx slims, 3k slims and 4k super slims are not downgradable.

I have found out,my ps3 is a phat cechc04,do i need anything extra besides software to downgrade it?:mad:

Didn't u say it's an "old fat ps3" in ur OP?

Everything u need is in the link that i posted. U cannot downgrade using software, u need a hardware flasher.
