and the collision is a bit dodgy.

ALL code was by drac (apart from the Ai), i take no credit 4 that

I did a little tweak on collision but nothing major aswell

3 days and he makes AI?
Wow, Java must be really simple...
I'm going to try to learn it now.

I tested this btw, it works fine.

Not trying to be rude but i don't think this is an exploit i don't think sony cares since they didn't patch it in 2.42 just saying.

It won't lead to anything, but weak homebrew. It's not going to help us install a custom firmware or anything of that field.

True, it's not an exploit, it was a feature that always existed though recently taken advantage of. Will we even get 3D off of it let alone sound?

We have cheap half-@$$ed java games as of now. Their being improved, but probably won't have PSP level homebrew. The PSP level of hacking is the ultimate goal for the PS3. It would take a real exploit to reach those peaks, not just java games.

You do realize that nobody has to sit down and code anything. These little pong and snake programs are more of a teaser. I know it's pong but please appreciate what these individuals are bringing to the scene for nothing more than a thank you. We just learned that this java thing was even possible. More elaborate games will come in time. Be patient.

Well, you can grab the BD-J development kit and start coding.
As a noob programmer, I respect anyone who finds the time and patience to code anything.
It´s so much easier to just sit back and say giveme, giveme, giveme.

Edit. lol, we posted at the same time. I do understand though that your hoping some better homebrew does pop up. I am too but it´s not as easy as just taking an already built JAR file.
like BobbyBlunt said, let´s be patient. lol, we have to unless we can code better. I sure can´t.
