Just add your routers ip (ie 192.168.0.1) as primary dns on the ps3, and then log into your routers page, and get the secondary dns it uses, and add that to the ps3's dns settings as secondary dns, you can then (using any proxy afaik but tested using logans tool) go to the ps store and download straight from the ps3 without any errors occuring while using logans proxy tool.
