Thanks for your help, it doesn't seem to have my DNS settings there or anywhere else on my router. I think I've found my ISPs DNS addresses online:

Edit: Success! I changed the 0.0.0.0 addresses on my router to the addresses pictured above and that fixed the problem. Thanks again for your help.
